Shipping charges

Shipping starts at $21 and rises with quantity, counted per item — each tin or jar. Larger orders pay less per item.

• 1–12 items: $21.
• 13–39 items: $21 for the first 12 items, then $1 for each additional item.
• 40–69 items: $1 per item — a saving of $9 at 40 items.
• 70 items and up: $0.90 per item — a saving of $16 at 70 items.

Washington residents receive $6 off the regular shipping charge. Alaska and Hawaii pay a 60% shipping surcharge, and those orders ship 2nd-day air. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

When your order ships

Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Standard third-day delivery counts the days after a product ships, not the day it is ordered, so the total time is processing (up to 3 business days) plus UPS transit.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and ship on the next available shipping day. Standard and 2nd-day orders typically ship Monday and Tuesday; overnight orders ship Monday through Wednesday. Because the products are perishable, USA Black Caviar avoids shipping later in the week, so orders do not sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

Delivery

The regular shipping method does not require a signature at delivery. If you are not home, UPS may leave the package at the porch or another spot the driver chooses. To require a signature, contact the office before ordering.

USA Black Caviar is not responsible for a stolen package once UPS tracking shows it delivered. UPS cannot guarantee on-time delivery; the product is packaged to hold quality and safety even with delays. UPS cannot honour special requests such as a specific drop location or a call on delivery.

Where we ship

Caviar ships to all states, with some restrictions for Alaska. Enter a complete street address — the satisfaction guarantee does not cover incorrectly entered addresses, and a $10 charge can apply to correct one. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or to secure locations that require an entry code.

Your responsibility

Caviar is perishable, so the recipient should be at the shipping address when UPS delivers. You are responsible for a correct shipping address and a current email address, where USA Black Caviar sends UPS tracking numbers.

Because the roe is perishable, UPS cannot redeliver it several times, and in most cases will leave the shipment at the door whether or not you are present. Refrigerate the caviar as soon as it arrives.
