How does caviar delivery work?

USA Black Caviar packs each order to order, then ships it cold. Every order goes out in an insulated cooler with gel ice, sealed the day it ships. Caviar ships within three business days of your order, then overnight via UPS. Shipping starts at $21 for the first 12 items, then $1 for each additional item — see the shipping policy for the full rates.

How long does caviar delivery take?

Caviar delivery takes up to three business days of handling, then one night in transit. The handling time covers packing the roe fresh rather than pulling a pre-boxed tin off a shelf. Plan on two to four business days from order to arrival, and tell us any date you need to hit.

Where do you deliver caviar?

USA Black Caviar delivers to all fifty states from a single facility in Bellevue, Washington, with some restrictions for Alaska. Washington residents receive $6 off shipping. Alaska and Hawaii ship 2nd-day air at a 60% surcharge. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Will my caviar arrive cold and fresh?

Yes. Caviar arrives cold, packed in an insulated cooler with gel ice for the overnight leg. Refrigerate it at 28–32 °F as soon as it arrives, and be home to receive it if you can. A fresh tin keeps about four weeks unopened; once opened, eat it within 48 hours, and never freeze it.

Anything else to know?

In warm weather, standard third-day service is seasonally suspended to protect the cold chain, and orders travel overnight instead. Caviar is perishable, so be present to receive it and refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. If a delivery date is tight, call 1-888-297-9196 before ordering.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. Caviar ships via UPS and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box or to secure locations that require an entry code. Enter a complete street address where someone can receive the order.
