Caviar is a perishable food. For food-safety reasons, USA Black Caviar cannot accept the return of opened or delivered caviar once the cold chain has left our control.

If an order arrives damaged, warm or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 1-888-297-9196 or enquiries@usablackcaviar.com, with your order details and a photo where possible. We will make it right.
